Return and Exchange Policy
No refunds will be given after seven (7) days. All items to be refunded must have the original packaging, in new condition, with the original receipt. If the item does not meet all of these requirements, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied. The type of refund is dependent on the type of payment for the item. Exchanges for lesser priced items will be given in-store credit.
Exclusions:
Bikes and Fitness equipment items are no return as our staff assists each person with these type of purchases. If there is a problem with a bike or piece of fitness equipment let us know and we will do our best to remedy the problem.
New Bike Service Policy
Coeur d'Alene Cycling and Fitness offers a service policy with the purchase of a new bike, adjustments are free for the first year of your new bikes life. We also like to see all bikes back after the first 20-30 days of riding for a checkover. The adjustments are for normal riding situations abuse and misuse are not covered.
NOTE: Normal wear, tubes, tubes, tires, paint, plating and use other than specified in the owner's manual are not covered.
Layaways/deposits
We offer a 90 day layaway program, all deposits on layaways are 100% non refundable. If you need a longer layaway term please speak with us before you put an item on layaway. All special order items must have a 50% deposit on them, special order items are also 100% non refundable.
Privacy Policy
Coeur d'Alene Cycling & Fitness takes the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously. We respect your privacy, and we take great care to safeguard information in our possession. Your preferences for use of your information are our highest priority. Coeur d'Alene Cycling & Fitness does not share customer information (including email addresses) to any individual or company.
